The Vantage 360 Company Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a management consultancy registered in Nigeria (RC 1825672). We operate this website and the advisory, training, and coaching services offered under the Vantage 360 brand.
This policy covers how we handle personal data collected through this site and through the engagements we deliver. Separate, more detailed policies apply to our software products (JobReady and, when launched, SpokesCoach).

1. What we collect
- Contact data — your name, email, organisation, and the details you share in an enquiry.
- Engagement records — notes, deliverables, and correspondence relating to coaching, training, or consulting work we deliver for you.
- Site analytics — basic visit data (pages viewed, country, referrer). We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for, and to invoice for them.
- To improve how we structure our offerings, in aggregate.
- To comply with our tax, accounting, and statutory obligations.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Contracted coaches and trainers we bring into your engagement, under written confidentiality.
- Operational sub-processors — email (Google Workspace), hosting (Vercel), invoicing tools — under standard data-processing terms.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data — 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Engagement records — 6 years from end of engagement (statutory accounting and professional-liability retention).
- Invoicing and tax records — 6 years (statutory).
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.

6. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tooling, we will request consent first and update this policy.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our operational systems. Access inside Vantage 360 is limited to named staff and contracted advisers on a need-to-know basis. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
8. Changes
If we make material changes we'll update the date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.
